Forensic Medicine Department to take the test.
Otherwise a conditional credit will be given to you.

Please deliver to ED office the documents required during Nostrification procedure:
1) Original High School Diploma,
2) Polish translation of High School Diploma done by the sworn translator
3) Certificate issued by your Embassy, (stating, that you can study in YOUR country on University, as a appendix to the High school Diploma). This Certificate must be translated in to Polish by the sworn translator.

The final resit exam of Medical law course for ED 2nd and 6th year
students, will take place on Monday, January 23rd at 3PM in room 21 in
the Department of Forensic Medicine.
