Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Ghana, Thailand, Azerbaijan.
Please deliver to ED office the documents required during Nostrification procedure:
1) Original High School Diploma,
2) Polish translation of High School Diploma  done by the sworn translator
3) Certificate issued by your Embassy, (stating, that you can study in YOUR country on University, as a appendix to the High school Diploma). This Certificate must be translated in to Polish by the sworn translator.
4) student’s ID card
5) Passport
6) Residence card
Please deliver the documents mentioned above till the end of January 2017.
