In order to complete a summer apprenticeship each student is obliged to fill the record book and obtain a confirmation from apprenticeship supervisor. New record books are ready to be collected in ED Office, so the students are invited to come and pick them up.

Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry Prof.Dr Małgorzata Radwan-Oczko has announced Dean's Hours free of classes:
With regard to the 7th International Student Conference of Young Scientists and 23rd National Conference of Student Scientific Circles in Medical Universities, organized by the Students' Scientific Society the Rector announced 6th April 2018 as Rector's Day in order to enable the students to take part in those events.
Following a request from the Chairman of Students' Selfgovernment the Rector cancelled the Rector's Day on 29th May 2018 (Tuesday) and announced 29th March 2018 (Holy Thursday) as Rector's Day.

Beginning with 1 January 2018 a student from abroad who covers health insurance fees personally must know his/her insurance premium account number (NRS), in other words – individual account number. If a student from abroad doesn’t know his/her insurance premium account number then with the beginning of the New Year he/she won’t be able to cover insurance fees. Therefore students from abroad are asked to report to The Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), in order to receive the individual account number.”
Dear Students,
those students who intend to participate at the meeting with Vice-Dean for Studies in English of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. dr hab. Andrzej Hendrich, today at 13:00, but have classes at the same time, may attend this meeting, and their absence in the classes will be justified by the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, after presenting a confirmation of participation in the meeting.

THIS IS TO REMIND YOU THAT THE DEADLINE FOR SENDING APPLICATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL ORGANIZATION OF SUMMER APPRENTICESHIP IS 16TH April 2018.
A request form is available in Dean’s Office, room No. 9 or on our webpage under “Summer Apprenticeship”.
Filled out applications (first part by a student, second part by a host institution - signature and official stamp) should be submitted to Dean’s Office or sent by e-mail as a scan to:
