National Health Fund kindly invites all foreign students who come from the countries which do not belong to EU or EFTA, and are interested in a contract for volitional insurance for a meeting which will be organized on 15th October 2015 at 13:00 in the conference hall of the Lower Silesian Division of the National Health Fund in Joannitów Street No.5, building B.

During the meeting the students will receive all necessary information both in Polish and English language, and will have a possibility
to submit a request for volitional insurance.
The students interested in such insurance are requested to prepare original documents and one copy of:
- passport,
- certificate confirmig the present status,
- student ID.
