Dear Students,
We would like to remind you, that you are obliged to update your Medical Examination: health certificate (in Polish: "zaświadczenie lekarskie o braku przeciwwskazań do studiowania") and sanitary certificate (in Polish: "orzeczenie lekarskie dla celów sanitarno-epidemiologicznych").
The procedure for people, who have not done a medical examination yet is available on our website:

Students who have done their sanitary examinations, but their certificates expired - they do not have to repeat sanitary tests, but they only have to make an appointment with a doctor (list of clinics is available here), renew their medical examination and receive new certificates!
ATTENTION: Please take this matter very seriously, because students WITHOUT VALID MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS will not be able to participate in classes from the next semester !!!
When you receive both certificates please send scans via email or deliver the original documents to the box located in the ED office.
