Dear Students,

Due to the current epidemiological situation, new rules in ED Dean's Office are in force.

In accordance with the current procedure of coming to the Dean's Office, please read it and come in really urgent matters after prior appointment with the person responsible for the year by e-mail
or phone.

As far as other important matters are concerned, i.e:

1. Prolongation of student ID cards - according to the information on the website of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (https://www.gov.pl/web/nauka/legitymacje-studenckie-sa-wazne-do-dnia-29-listopada-2020-r), the ID cards are automatically prolonged until 29 November 2020. Therefore, the cards are valid and will be renewed from 12.10.2020 – 2nd year, 19.10.2020 – 3rd year, 26.10.2020 – 4th year, 02.11.2020 – 5th year, 09.11.2020 – 6th year. Representants of the years will collect your cards from the whole year and bring them to the Dean's Office on a specified date. PLEASE DO NOT COME INDIVIDUALLY OR IN SMALLER GROUPS!

2. Delivery documents - such as medical certificates, applications for internships on one's own, confirmed internship’s programs, applications for repetition of the year, semester, conditional completion of the semester, etc., please put them in the white box at the bottom of ground floor at ED Office building.

3. Collect of documents - such as transcripts, certificates, etc. will be issued and sent by e-mail, and if necessary, the originals can be collected after the prior appointment.
