The completed scan of the request for consent to organise the internship on your own, together with the consent of the director/head of the Facility, should be sent immediately after obtaining the consent to e-mail addresses persons, who are responsible for each year in ED office.
The method and date of registration for the internship in Wrocław's facilities will be announced later.
