Dear Students,

All Students (especially who applied for vocational intership in Poland during summer) are obligated to have valid medical examination and they have to check if their medical examination are not expired - every Student can check it on virtual university (in the part: BADANIA/SZCZEPIENIA).

If your medical certificates expired, please renew them immadiately, because it is necessary also for doing interships!

If you will not have it till 30.06.2021, you will be canceled from the list of doing intership in Poland!

If you renew medical examination - please do not forget your small sanitary book or document, which you received from sanitary station and referrals (you can get them in ED office from person responsible for year) - make an appointment with the doctor and renew certificates. URGENT! You do not have to repeat your sanitary tests - you have to only renew your medical examination and receive new certificates!

When you will receive certificates after doing medical examination and sanitary examination please send us scans and put them into the box downstairs in ED office.
