We want to remind you about necessary sanitary healh tests!!! Without completing the tests students will not be admitted to classes!!!
All English Division medicine students have to undertake free sanitary-epidemiological tests prior to being entered into the practical classes held in hospital wards.

The tests include 2 steps:

Step 1.  The tests are carried out at Laboratorium Mikrobiologiczne Wojewódzkiej Stacji Sanitarno-Epidemiologicznej (Microbiology Laboratory of the Province Sanitary-Epidemiologic Station) in Wrocław, Składowa 1/3 , and it is based on stool sample test. The stool samples have to be brought to the station on three consecutive days (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday, Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday or Thursday-Monday-Tuesday) between 8 am – 11 a.m. The containers for stool samples (pojemnik na kał) are available at pharmacies, each student has to buy three.  After obtaining the sanitary-epidemiological test results into the sanitary-epidemiological booklet, all students have to proceed to

Step 2. Make an appointment with the family doctor or occupational medicine doctor  in Dolnośląski Wojewódzki Ośrodek Medycyny Pracy in Wrocław, Oławska 14 (Dolnośląski Province Occupational Medicine Center), with the sanitary-epidemiological booklet for further medical examination in order to:
Obtain the Orzeczenie lekarskie do celów sanitarno-epidemiologicznych (Medical certification confirming health condition for sanitary-epidemiological purposes),
Validate the sanitary-epidemiological booklet.The confirmation of completed tests has to be brought to ED office until 30th of November.
